Terms of Service

A private circle still needs shared boundaries.

These terms govern the Orbit service. Your license to the iOS app is governed by Apple's Standard EULA unless the App Store tells you otherwise.

Effective August 5, 2026

Who may use Orbit

You must be 18 years of age or older and legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your Apple account and device secure.

What Orbit provides

Orbit offers one daily question for solo reflection or a private circle of invited friends. Astrology is a reflection lens, not a prediction or professional advice. Do not rely on Orbit for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency decisions.

Your answers and invitations

You keep ownership of the words you submit. You give Orbit only the limited permission needed to host, protect, process, and display those words to people authorized by the circle and to operate export, moderation, and deletion features. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. Invitations are private, single-use credentials; send them only to people you intend to invite.

Safe and lawful use

Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, exploit, defraud, or violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not probe, disrupt, automate abuse of, or bypass the security and access controls of Orbit. Use the in-app Report and block actions when a circle becomes unsafe. We may remove content or restrict service access when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Service availability

Orbit may change, pause, or discontinue features, and network services may sometimes be unavailable. We do not promise that every invitation, notification, reveal, or export will arrive without delay. Where the law allows, Orbit is provided as available without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Leaving Orbit

You can delete your account in the app. Deletion revokes live access and removes associated data subject to the recovery window and other details described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account for serious or repeated violations, while preserving the user's available export, appeal, and deletion paths where applicable.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be presented before they take effect. If you do not accept an updated term, stop using the shared service and delete your account. Questions, complaints, and appeals can be sent to orbit@okmybot.com without including answers, birth details, invitation codes, or credentials.
